Job Title: Product Owner – Permanent
Role Summary:
- Own the product lifecycle for a B2B energy supply platform, covering sales, pricing, billing, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product vision, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, working closely with Salesforce, API, and full‑stack development teams.
Expectations:
- Minimum 4 years as an experienced Product Owner in a technically demanding environment.
- Proven ability to handle regulated or highly complex sectors, preferably energy or utilities.
- Strong technical fluency: Salesforce, API design, data architecture, and web‑fullstack concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs across commercial, pricing, billing, and regulatory processes.
- Facilitate design workshops, sprint ceremonies, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Produce functional, technical, and data impact assessments; validate solution viability.
- Co‑lead roadmap development, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
- Challenge technical decisions when necessary; maintain product quality and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate between developers, UX/UI, business teams, and senior management to ensure coherent system integration.
- Validate functional quality before production release; monitor tool performance and ingestion of data flows.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes and product documentation.
Required Skills:
- Product ownership and Agile/Scrum facilitation.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (implementation, configuration, data model).
- Expertise in API architecture, integration patterns, and data flow orchestration.
- Strong data literacy, including database concepts and data governance.
- Self‑starter with excellent analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or equivalent product certification preferred.
