About the Company

We believe technology has the power to build a better, more virtuous future for companies and everything around them.

A future in which every employee is able to find his rightful place, feel useful, empowered and efficient. And in which every user feels cared for and respected. But to fulfill this vision, one must dare to invent, make and bring different audiences together around innovation. Building this future for your company, finding the strength to lead the brand new projects that will take your company even further: that’s what we’re all about. And it can be summed up in just two words: FABER and NOVEL.

FABER, because we exist to empower you to dare, to create, to really move things around. With you we invent, craft, code, launch and coach in a tangible, tailored and pragmatic way. We make sure we meaningfully impact your talents, business and image. Always.

NOVEL, because for the past 19 years, we have specialized in technological products, new business lines, state-of-the-art methods, and in finding the best way to create lasting relationships between teams, partners and clients. We have gathered a team of leading experts and cultivated unique methodologies to create - with you - what is yet to be invented, for the future of your company or industry.

We’ve built a one-of-a-kind organization of people on 3 continents: audacious, curious, smart talents to help you face your upcoming challenges, and deliver convincing new experiences. And for every project we gather a unique squad of complementary skills - just the ones you really need.
