Serve as the technical bridge between Product and Engineering, driving high‑quality, scalable solutions for a fast‑growing startup. **Expectations** - Deliver immediate impact from day one. - Lead the first AI‑driven project, collaborating with Product, Design, and stakeholders to ship technically robust and delightful experiences. - Maintain a product‑mindset, prioritizing user outcomes over code. **Key Responsibilities** - Scope, design, implement, test, and launch features end‑to‑end. - Partner closely with Product to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and co‑create solutions. - Champion UX/UI excellence: contribute to design discussions, prototype interfaces, and deliver pixel‑perfect front‑ends. - Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests; uphold quality across the stack. - Build and maintain back‑end APIs, third‑party integrations, internal tooling, and front‑end components. - Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI services (OpenAI, Vercel, Anthropic, etc.). - Debug production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve existing systems. - Lead technical reviews, influence architecture and design decisions, and foster a strong engineering culture. **Required Skills** - 5+ years shipping products at scale. - Deep experience with React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs. - Strong UX/UI sensitivity; ability to prototype and argue for design decisions. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Kubernetes (plus). - Experience with headless CMS (Storyblok or similar) and third‑party AI integrations. - Collaborative mindset, working effectively with Product and Design teams. - Full working proficiency in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
