Job Description
**Job Title** Account Executive (GN) **Role Summary** Drive new business and expand market share for a SaaS industrial analytics platform in the process manufacturing sector. Engage C‑level and operational stakeholders, deliver consultative sales, and close deals across the full sales cycle. **Expectations** - Generate and qualify leads in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, metals, and energy industries. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline that supports quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to align solutions with customer needs. - Provide realistic sales forecasts and achieve quota consistently. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities from prospecting to contract execution. - Conduct consultative selling conversations with C‑level executives, plant managers, and operational stakeholders. - Deliver platform demos, build proposals, and construct compelling business cases. - Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure. - Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting. - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows. - Capture market feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategy. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of B2B SaaS or industrial technology sales experience. - Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling. - Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Proven proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑growth environment. - Fluency in English; German and/or French a plus. - Willingness to be present in Hasselt weekly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s level a plus).
