**Job Title:** Consultant Web Analytics – Internship (starting Jan 2026) **Role Summary:** Support client projects by designing, implementing, and analyzing digital measurement solutions. Work under a senior consultant to deliver dashboards, tracking specifications, tag‑management configurations, data analyses, and strategic recommendations that improve web and app performance while ensuring data privacy compliance. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate rigor, strong analytical and synthesis skills. - Operate autonomously and take initiative while collaborating effectively with teams and clients. - Communicate clearly in written French and English; handle confidential data ethically. - Maintain high-quality deliverables and adhere to project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain client digital dashboards. - Draft, test, and validate tracking plans. - Configure tag‑management systems and web‑analytics tools. - Analyze data from analytics platforms and generate actionable insights. - Conduct client interviews, ergonomic and statistical site audits. - Produce functional mock‑ups of recommended improvements. - Perform technology benchmark studies and tool selection. - Contribute to knowledge assets (blog posts, whitepapers) for internal and client use. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Excellent written communication in French and operational English. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and web‑analytics fundamentals. - Experience or knowledge of tag‑management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). - Team player with good interpersonal skills and ethical handling of confidential data. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s‑level program (post‑bachelor) in Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Innovation, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; willingness to pursue relevant analytics or tag‑management certifications is a plus.
