**Job Title**
Industrial Technical Service Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver multiple projects focused on building energy efficiency, HVAC, utilities, site decarbonization, and equipment/process improvements. Act as the central point for technical specification development, risk management, regulatory compliance, budget control, and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
**Expectations**
- Own the end‑to‑end life cycle of assigned projects.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational discipline.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
- Foster collaboration between maintenance, production, quality, safety, and utilities teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and maintain User Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications.
- Conduct risk analyses, change control, and ensure compliance with machine‑conformity regulations.
- Plan, monitor, and report project progress against defined schedules.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate and lead internal or external project teams.
- Update technical documents, work procedures, and the CMMS/ERP database (GMAO) – tree structure, preventive plans, spare parts.
- Provide training and support for staff on new equipment and processes.
- Drive maintenance methodology initiatives, including GMAO configuration, asset immobilization, preventive planning, and work order management.
- Liaise with Energy Reference to analyze energy data, create energy‑project roadmaps, and support decarbonization efforts.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management methodology knowledge (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Cross‑functional leadership, strong communication, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and problem‑solving.
- Technical proficiency in electricity, mechanical, pneumatic, automation, and HVAC (from source to distribution and climate control).
- Regulatory and technical vigilance; ability to perform technology and regulatory monitoring.
- Familiarity with industry software: Aveva Factory System, N’View, Labguard, CARL, Trackwise Digital, and generic CMMS platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineer or higher technical degree (BTS, DUT, or BUT) in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, new‑build projects, and project management.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus but not mandatory.
