Job Description
**Job title** Clinical Scientist (H/F) **Role Summary** A senior scientific professional responsible for designing and executing clinical trials, particularly in oncology. Works closely with project leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop study protocols, regulatory documents, and risk‑management plans, and to manage expert committees and training programs. **Expectations** - Lead multidisciplinary clinical research activities within a regulated environment. - Deliver high‑quality documentation and oversight for multiple concurrent projects. - Maintain autonomy while coordinating with investigators, data management, statistics, and operations. - Actively translate study findings into presentations, publications, and audits. **Key Responsibilities** - Design clinical study protocols, manuscripts, amendments, DSMB and investigator meetings. - Author and update key documents: Synopsis, Protocol, Consent Forms, Investigator’s Brochure, DSUR, RMP. - Manage expert committees (e.g., DSMB), including contract negotiation and budget oversight. - Provide scientific training to site teams on protocol requirements. - Anticipate population, efficacy and safety issues; formulate mitigation plans. - Collaborate with data management, statistics, and operations to interpret results and recommend analyses. - Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations, posters, abstracts, and publications. - Participate in internal/external audits and regulatory inspections. - Contribute to development of clinical trial plans when required. **Required Skills** - Project management in a scientific context. - Strong cross‑functional communication and team leadership. - Scientific writing, synthesis, and problem‑solving. - Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Fluency in French and English (written and oral). **Required Education & Certifications** - PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; OR Master’s in Clinical Research with oncology experience. - Minimum 3 years in a pharma or biotech company. - Proven track record of clinical development in oncology. ---
