**Job Title** International Marketing Lead, Cardiovascular **Role Summary** Lead global marketing strategy for Recordati’s cardiovascular portfolio, focusing on the launch and market expansion of Vazkepa® in Europe and key international markets. Drive brand positioning, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution to ensure successful product growth. **Expectations** Proven experience leading successful product launches, strategic market planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Must demonstrate expertise in cardiovascular therapeutic areas, commercial acumen for early-launch and emerging markets, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute international marketing strategies for Vazkepa, including brand positioning, launch roadmaps, and KPIs. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (HQ and regional) to ensure strategic alignment, local adaptability, and consistent execution. - Design and implement launch readiness frameworks (training, checklists) to standardize processes and accelerate market access. - Monitor competitive landscapes, synthesize insights, and adapt messaging to maintain market relevance. - Collaborate with market access teams to design pricing and reimbursement strategies. - Lead global initiatives such as congress presence, promotional campaigns, and medical education programs. **Required Skills** - Marketing leadership and product launch experience in pharmaceuticals. - Deep understanding of cardiovascular therapies and market dynamics. - Cross-functional project management and stakeholder influence. - Brand strategy development and execution. - Data-driven decision-making and competitive analysis. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Advanced degree (MBA, MPH) or certifications in pharmaceutical marketing preferred. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) advantageous.
