Job title: Cosmetic Packaging Project Manager (F/M)
Role Summary:
Lead regulatory management for cosmetic packaging materials, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (REACH, cosmetic, food contact, CLP, Prop 65, etc.). Oversee dossier analysis, supplier coordination, lab testing, project planning, and KPI monitoring.
Expactations:
- Minimum 5 years of proven regulatory experience in materials or packaging.
- Master’s degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in regulatory science, chemistry, materials engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated rigor, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze regulatory dossiers for packaging materials, verifying substance and material compliance.
- Engage suppliers to collect technical data, obtain certifications, and address non‑conformities.
- Coordinate analytical testing with laboratories and track results.
- Plan, monitor, and execute regulatory projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track dossier progress, turnaround times, and overall compliance rates per project or supplier.
Required Skills:
- In‑depth knowledge of cosmetic and food contact packaging regulations (REACH, CLP, Prop 65, etc.).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills.
- Effective stakeholder communication and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in regulatory software/tools and Excel for data analysis.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) or higher in regulatory affairs, chemistry, materials science, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in regulatory affairs or packaging (e.g., RAB, RCP) preferred.
