Job Description
**Job Title** PK/PD Statistical Programmer **Role Summary** Produce and validate high‑quality PK/PD datasets for NONMEM modeling and analysis. Convert SDTM/ADaM clinical data into compliant, post‑lock and pre‑lock datasets, perform QC, and support regulatory submissions. **Expectations** - Minimum 6 years of industry experience in clinical data analysis, statistical programming, or pharmacometrics support. - Expert‑level proficiency in R for data processing, dataset creation, and automated QC. - In‑depth knowledge of PK/PD principles, SDTM, ADaM, and controlled terminology. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Program, validate, and deliver NONMEM‑ready PK/PD datasets from SDTM/ADaM using advanced R. 2. Create high‑quality datasets for both pre‑lock and post‑lock clinical data. 3. Execute medium‑to‑high complexity programming tasks with accuracy and timeliness. 4. Review data for inconsistencies or gaps and propose solutions to improve quality. 5. Perform QC of NONMEM datasets, including those produced by external partners. 6. Prepare regulatory submission deliverables in accordance with Pharmacometrics guidelines. 7.
