Job Description
**Job Title** Expert in Operating Systems and Information Technologies – Operations and Maintenance (H/F) **Role Summary** Provide strategic technical leadership for energized operating systems and IT/OT infrastructures across Egis’s international road O&M subsidiaries. Drive the O&M technology strategy, ensure cybersecurity and resilience of critical installations, develop preventive/curative/predictive maintenance policies, and support project development and bid preparation. Act as the primary technical reference and mentor for cross‑functional, multicultural teams. **Expectations** - Lead and implement the technology strategy for road operations. - Serve as the expert reference for all energized operating systems and IT/OT assets. - Ensure cybersecurity, operational continuity, and resilience of critical infrastructure. - Conduct audits, propose upgrades, and define security plans. - Support new company openings, project specifications, and bid proposals with a differentiated technological vision. - Share knowledge through internal working groups, data‑cockpit tools, and market‑trend monitoring. - Travel regularly in France and abroad; work autonomously in a multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and drive the O&M technology roadmap (fiber optics, payment automata, VMS, control centres, video surveillance, fire detection, tunnel fans, generators, electrical networks). - Develop and enforce preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance policies. - Integrate cybersecurity and resilience measures into all critical installations. - Perform technical audits, produce upgrade and security recommendations, and implement monitoring dashboards and alert systems. - Advise subsidiaries on technology and supplier selection for tunnels, tolling, and control centres. - Participate in early‑stage project and bid activities: technical specifications, system sizing, standards definition, and technology vision articulation. - Contribute to internal working groups, capture lessons learned in the Data Cockpit, and propose experimental innovations. **Required Skills** - Deep expertise in road operation technologies and IT/OT infrastructures. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, industrial resilience, and maintenance engineering. - Ability to model needs, formalize technical policies, and oversee deployment. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. - Fluent English (written and spoken); French a plus. - Strong team spirit, intercultural communication, autonomy, and agility. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects in complex, multicultural settings. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree (Industrial IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation or equivalent). - Minimum 10 years experience managing complex technical systems in critical infrastructure, road/rail operations, tunnels, or transport environments.

**Job Title:** Road Infrastructure Designer – Linear Projects **Role Summary:** Design and develop interurban linear road infrastructure projects, delivering rigorous technical solutions from feasibility through to construction documentation. Responsible for geometry, drainage, safety, utilities, and environmental integration while ensuring cost optimisation and compliance with national and international standards. **Expectations:** - Produce complete, accurate design packages for road, drainage, lighting, signage, and pavement systems. - Integrate environmental, geotechnical, and existing infrastructure constraints into all design stages. - Generate cost‑efficient, quality‑controlled technical dossiers for contractor selection. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, surveyors, and environmental specialists. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop general design of linear road projects (geometry, drainage, safety, utilities). - Perform project measurements using Civil3D, Mensura, and/or Covadis. - Contribute to 3D BIM modelling and implementation when required. - Produce plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings. - Compile and optimise bid dossiers, ensuring normative quality and cost effectiveness. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Civil3D, Mensura, and/or Covadis. - Expertise in road geometry, grading, drainage (dry & wet systems), lighting, horizontal/vertical signage, and pavement design. - Ability to perform 3D modeling and BIM integration. - Strong technical writing and documentation skills. - Team orientation, autonomy, and a commitment to sustainable, ecodesign principles. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum BAC+2 (equivalent to associate degree) in civil engineering, public works, or related fields (BTS, DUT, professional licence in Design/Planning/VRD). - At least one year of proven experience in a similar linear infrastructure design role.
