Job Description
**Job Title** Internal Account Manager **Role Summary** Manage and grow partner customer accounts through a phone‑based sales strategy, achieving financial KPIs, securing net new business, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure Exclusive Networks is the preferred distributor. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed all sales, financial, and performance targets. - Drive closing of deals, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities. - Proactively maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast. - Resolve customer issues to the highest satisfaction level. **Key Responsibilities** - Create, reactivate, and retain partner accounts. - Close deals and apply upsell/cross‑sell techniques to reach targets. - Monitor performance, take corrective action when at risk of falling short. - Deliver high‑quality customer service, including assessment of credit lines. - Negotiate contract terms and follow‑up on all agreements. - Report progress, concerns, and successes to senior management. - Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide accurate forecasts. **Required Skills** - Proven phone‑based sales experience and strong communication skills. - Commercial awareness and ability to close deals. - Negotiation, follow‑up, and problem‑solving abilities. - Detail oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated. - Strong internal and external relationship building. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Resilience, integrity, and commitment to exceed targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred.
