Job Title: Tech Lead – Power Platform
Role Summary
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring architectural alignment with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Provide technical direction, governance, and mentoring to a cross‑functional developer team while collaborating with broader IT functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and supervise development of Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Define and maintain technical architecture, ensuring consistency with M365, Azure, and enterprise standards.
- Mentor and coach Power Platform developers, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze business requirements, participate in functional workshops, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Implement governance, security, and performance best practices across Power Platform initiatives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end development lifecycle: concept, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
- Collaborate with Azure, M365, security, and data teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into the cloud stack.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Act as escalation point for complex incidents and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model‑Driven, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong experience building custom connectors, interacting with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and related integration languages.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Service, Key Vault, API Management, etc.).
- Solid understanding of governance, security, ALM, CI/CD practices within Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Power Platform development and architecture.
- Microsoft certifications (PL‑600, PL‑400, PL‑900, etc.) preferred.
