**Job Title:**
Culture & Talent Marketing Manager (12‑month fixed‑term contract)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of the Team’s culture and talent marketing strategy. Drive fandom, brand relevance, and commercial growth through talent partnerships, cultural activations, and media amplification across race weekends and off‑track events.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a full‑year Culture & Talent Marketing plan, meeting defined KPIs on media reach, engagement, and commercial impact.
- Secure and manage talent agreements, ensuring deliverables, rights, and budgets are maintained.
- Coordinate cross‑functional operations, delivering seamless activations that amplify PR and social channels.
- Provide post‑activation insights to refine strategy and maximize measurable impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the annual Brand Talent Strategy and Culture Marketing plan.
- Identify cultural trends, audience behaviours, and global events to inform creative concepts.
- Build, negotiate, and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and partner talent.
- Draft briefs, manage contracts, and oversee talent deliverables within creative campaigns.
- Source and secure opportunistic talent partnerships (e.g., DJs, panelists).
- Plan and manage merchandise seeding and product selection/shipping for organic reach.
- Coordinate media opportunities, VIP programmes, and on‑ground activations during race weekends.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Comms, Partner Services, E‑commerce and Talent teams for end‑to‑end delivery.
- Track, report, and evaluate cultural and talent activation performance with Partnerships & Commercial Insights; provide post‑event learning.
- Continuously test, analyse, and recommend improvements to talent and cultural strategies.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–8 years of proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or cultural brand activations (sports, entertainment or consumer brands).
- Strategic and creative thinker with deep understanding of cultural trends and talent ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience managing agencies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to collaborate across functions and external partners.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; comfortable delivering under tight timelines.
- Digital and social media fluency; ability to lead campaigns that drive PR and social amplification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Negotiation and briefing skills; ability to shape ideas and produce compelling activations.
- Persistent, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing or related disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
