Job Description: **Job Title** Project Management Analyst **Role Summary** Own a portfolio of assigned projects, develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, monitor and control schedule performance, support change and risk management processes, and provide analytical reporting and presentations to executive leadership. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, credible schedules and updates for assigned projects. - Track schedule performance, identify variances, and assess overall impact. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the project portfolio. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, maintain, and document project schedules using lead/lag, constraints, and critical path logic. - Measure and control schedule performance, analyze variances, and assess impact on overall timelines. - Support and participate in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities. - Produce and present analyses, status reports, and escalations to executive leadership. - Collaborate with IPT leads and value‑stream organizations to align schedules and resources. - Drive continuous improvement of scheduling and reporting processes. - Support change‑management activities related to project scope and schedule changes. **Required Skills** - Project control experience (2–5 years) with proficiency in schedule development and performance measurement. - Knowledge of PMBOK and project management fundamentals. - System‑thinking ability to synthesize information and assess business impact. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English. - Competency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access), SAP, and Power BI; experience with PLM systems is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. - Certification or coursework aligned with PMBOK principles (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred.
