**Job title:** Solutions Program Manager – Internal Programs
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, launch, and operationalization of high‑impact internal programs and enablement assets for the global Solutions Center of Excellence. Act as a cross‑functional catalyst among Solutions Engineering, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Field Readiness to deliver scalable processes, knowledge hubs, and metrics that drive business outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of internal solutions programs with measurable KPI impact.
- Establish and maintain a centralized, searchable knowledge hub to support Solutions teams worldwide.
- Collaborate with Product on voice‑of‑customer prioritization, market trend reporting, and escalation workflows.
- Partner with Field Readiness on targeted enablement initiatives for Solutions staff.
- Define global standards, best practices, and compliance measures, presenting data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple geographies without formal authority.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, execute, and optimize internal programs that improve Efficiency and Adoption across Solutions teams.
2. Build and sustain a central knowledge repository for best practices, assets, and documentation.
3. Work with Product on VoC matrix, escalation reviews, and Quarterly market/customer trend reporting to R&D leadership.
4. Coordinate Enablement programs with Field Readiness tailored to Solutions team needs.
5. Set and monitor global standards, best practice frameworks, and quality metrics; deliver dashboards to leadership.
6. Manage dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation for programs spanning multiple departments and regions.
7. Drive KPI‑linked outcomes in operations, tooling, and enablement initiatives.
8. Create and maintain scalable processes, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
9. Produce executive‑ready updates, presentations, and alignment sessions across cross‑functional teams.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–8+ years experience in program management within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record delivering KPI‑driven outcomes in internal operations, tooling, or enablement programs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and content/digital asset management platforms.
- Data‑fluent, process‑oriented, and comfortable translating strategy into measurable execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional influence without authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to present to executive audiences.
- Experience managing global programs with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
- Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies with a willingness to learn and apply them.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
