**Job Title:** Salesforce Product Owner
**Role Summary:**
Lead the technical product ownership of Salesforce-based revenue tools for partner, sales, and support teams. Drive continuous improvement, roadmap execution, and system optimization within a cloud platform ecosystem, ensuring scalable, data‑driven solutions for enterprise partner and internal business processes.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑impact product enhancements and system configurations that align with channel partner and revenue strategy.
- Maintain and evolve a prioritised backlog in an agile environment.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve system issues, implement new features, and create monitoring/automation for data integrity.
- Communicate product vision, status, and release details to stakeholders and end users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud, Partner Portal, and related partner tools.
- Prioritise and triage business requests, troubleshoot technical issues, write SOQL/SOSL queries, and perform data loads.
- Implement permissions, workflows, and configuration changes ensuring data security and process alignment.
- Lead product roadmap development; collaborate with engineering to deliver new releases swiftly.
- Partner with Revenue Ops, Channel, FinOps, R&D, and Enterprise Technology to address system impacts and maintain continuity.
- Coordinate with data & integrations to set up monitoring, identify data errors, and recommend automation.
- Engage with pillar product managers for roadmap alignment and architecture decisions.
- Conduct user research, define requirements, and validate solutions with QA and business stakeholders.
- Provide release notes, enablement, and training materials to support end‑user adoption.
- Use key metrics and analytics to inform prioritisation, measure success, and iterate on product performance.
- Explore AI and emerging technologies to enhance product effectiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years managing enterprise business systems in a cloud‑technology setting.
- Advanced Salesforce administration; configuration of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Partner/Customer Portal).
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, data migration, and understanding of complex Salesforce logic (Flows, Apex).
- Experience with CLM solutions (e.g., IronClad) is a plus.
- Strong product‑ownership mindset with ability to translate customer needs into functional requirements.
- Deep knowledge of Agile practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews).
- Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset using data and KPIs to drive decision‑making.
- Curiosity about AI and digital tools to improve productivity and product value.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (Marketing, Sales, or Service Cloud).
- Exposure to CPQ, Service Cloud, and partner/experience portals expected.
