Job Title: Senior Partnership Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic partnership development and activation for a high‑profile sports organization, driving innovative campaigns that maximize ROI, managing key client relationships, and guiding a cross‑functional team to deliver consistent brand alignment and performance insight. Expactations: - Proven senior experience in partnership management within sports or related sectors (technology, automotive, agency). - Strong client facing background with global brand engagement and commercialization. - Creative mindset with a track record of pioneering activation concepts beyond conventional sponsorship. - Effective leadership, motivating a small partner team, fostering collaboration, and inspiring performance. - Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. - High multilingual proficiency (English + at least one other language) and readiness for frequent travel to events. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Strategic Partner Management** - Own and nurture relationships with core strategic partners; serve as sector expert. - Lead partner onboarding, integrating deep F1 knowledge. - Design forward‑looking annual partner roadmaps, uncovering new revenue opportunities. 2. **Campaign & Activation Delivery** - Ideate and execute boundary‑breaking activations aligned with partner objectives. - Manage above‑and‑below‑line advertising for partners: copy, imagery, brand compliance. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; produce post‑campaign reviews. 3. **Leadership & Team Management** - Head a core team of Partner Managers and Executives; inspire creativity and high standards. - Encourage collaborative problem solving and knowledge sharing. - Drive revenue generation through events, hospitality programmes, and projects. 4. **Commercial Growth & Performance Monitoring** - Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligning with commercial goals. - Provide data‑driven recommendations for future marketing initiatives. - Maintain consistent brand image across all partner activities. Required Skills: - Advanced partnership negotiation & account management. - Strategic planning, budgeting, and commercial acumen. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and brand governance. - Creative thinking, innovation, and campaign concept development. - Analytical proficiency: data interpretation, reporting, and media evaluation. - Multilingual (English + any other language). - Resilience under pressure, deadline oriented, and flexible problem‑solving. - Travel‑ready (international events required). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field. - Professional certifications advantageous: Certified Sports Marketing Professional (CSMP) or equivalent.
