**Job Title**
Building Project Manager – Construction Support (AMO)
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee all phases of a large construction project, ensuring the program, budget, and schedule are met. Conduct feasibility studies, optimize project profitability, drive technical design with internal and external stakeholders, manage administrative authorisations, procurement, and contractual arrangements, and supervise the design‑to‑execution process.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Ensure adherence to project timeline, cost, and scope.
2. Prepare technical and financial feasibility studies, collaborating with economists.
3. Recommend solutions to enhance project profitability and value.
4. Lead technical design coordination with architectural teams, external design owners (MOE), and all service providers.
5. Draft and track administrative permits and authorisations.
6. Co‑author intellectual‑property service contracts and construction contracts with procurement.
7. Identify, select and manage service providers (MOE, construction manager, AMO, safety, control bodies).
8. Oversee the design‑execution process, ensuring quality and compliance.
9. Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
10. Monitor risk, resolve issues, and report project status to senior management.
**Required Skills**
- Project management (schedule, budget, scope control).
- Technical and financial analysis of construction projects.
- Stakeholder coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of building regulations and permitting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalents).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with French construction regulations and permitting procedures is an asset.
