Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Role Summary: Lead outbound prospecting and client acquisition across Belgium for a global insights and data firm. Drive new business pipeline, engage senior decision makers, and deliver tailored proposals through a combination of cold-calling, digital outreach, and in-person events. Expectations: - Consistently generate qualified prospects and convert them into new client agreements. - Manage a robust sales pipeline via CRM, targeting 2–3 prospect meetings weekly. - Collaborate with internal experts to craft solutions across quantitative, qualitative, creative, and brand insight portfolios. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within Belgium. - Build and maintain a high‑volume pipeline using CRM and prospecting platforms. - Present Kantar’s full solution suite to international HQs and leading Belgian brands. - Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums. - Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop customized proposals and close deals. Required Skills: - Native Flemish/Dutch with fluent French and English. - Demonstrated success in business development within marketing, SaaS, media, or creative sectors. - Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and outbound selling capabilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven pipeline management. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and proactive (“hunter” mindset). - Willingness to travel for client engagements and events. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Professional sales or business development certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
