**Job title:** LVM Technical Trainer **Role Summary** Deliver and facilitate automotive LVM (Logistics & Vehicle Management) technical training for staff and stakeholders. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that increase competency and compliance with industry standards. **Expectations** - Conduct high‑impact training sessions, workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching. - Continuously update curriculum to reflect evolving technology and regulations. - Measure learning outcomes and provide actionable feedback to participants and management. **Key Responsibilities** - Design training materials, including presentations, hand‑outs, and e‑learning modules. - Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on LVM systems, diagnostic tools, and best practices. - Assess trainee knowledge and skill levels, adjusting instruction accordingly. - Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy. - Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation. **Required Skills** - Strong technical knowledge of automotive LVM systems. - Proven experience delivering technical or vocational training. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Instructional design, assessment, and adult learning principles. - Problem‑solving, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent. - Professional training or instructional design certification preferred (e.g., ATD, CTT, or automotive training qualifications).
