Job Title: Sales Director Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end commercial operations for a high‑growth manufacturing business, driving revenue expansion and market share through a blended mix of direct business development and team leadership. Expectations: - Deliver aggressive sales targets and OTE of up to £100K basic + commission. - Build and maintain a high‑performance sales organization, transitioning to a strategic Head of Sales role. - Secure new customer acquisition and channel partner success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing. - Develop, deploy, and refine sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. - Mentor and coach Business Development Managers, setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and fostering accountability. - Build & sustain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners. - Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and analyze performance metrics. - Identify and pursue opportunities for market share growth and tailored solutions. Required Skills: - Proven senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, Senior BD Manager). - Demonstrated success in high‑volume, phone‑based or telesales environments. - Hands‑on, data‑driven team management with strong coaching ability. - Strategic, commercially astute, and comfortable operating alongside executive leadership. - Experience engaging with dealers or distributors is highly desirable. **Job title:** SaaS PR & Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Lead the creation, execution and measurement of the company’s public relations, content and brand messaging across media, social media, paid campaigns and customer stories to support growth objectives. **Expectations:** - Drive brand positioning and messaging consistency. - Secure high‑impact media coverage in technology and industry titles. - Generate lead‑generating content across paid and organic channels. - Build and maintain media relationships and award submissions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a communications and PR roadmap. - Craft, edit and distribute press releases, articles, case studies and other PR content. - Own and grow social media advocacy and paid media programmes. - Identify and submit award entries to boost brand visibility. - Ensure cohesive tone of voice and messaging across all channels. - Partner with internal teams and customers to produce compelling case studies. **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated PR and marketing experience in a SaaS environment. - Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and copy‑writing abilities. - Ability to nurture media relationships and secure coverage. - Strong project management, organizational and detail‑orientation skills. - Proactive strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. - Relevant PR or digital marketing certifications advantageous.
