Job Description
Job Title: DV Technical Lead Role Summary: Lead technical delivery of assigned work packages from design through release, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, compliance, and best practices in a Wintel‑based and multi‑platform environment. Expactations: • Own end‑to‑end delivery of work packages and maintain momentum across engineering, architecture, test, change, and operations teams. • Resolve technical, organisational, and interpersonal blockers, escalating issues and risks when necessary. • Maintain technical integrity by reviewing engineering outputs, identifying inconsistencies, and enforcing early problem detection. • Ensure all technical decisions comply with programme goals and security requirements (DV clearance required). • Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders effectively. Required Skills: - Proven experience as Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or Senior Engineer in complex IT settings. - Strong knowledge of Wintel stack (Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, infrastructure services, virtualization). - Broad technical awareness of networks, security, applications, and integrations. - Ability to challenge technical teams constructively and distinguish fact from fiction. - Success in driving delivery within complex, bureaucratic, or high‑pressure environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. - Experience working with or within Agile teams. - Demonstrated capacity to work with security‑cleared projects; prior DV clearance a plus.
