Job Description

Job title: Full Stack Engineer (Mid) Role Summary Mid-level engineer responsible for delivering end‑to‑end features in a SaaS product, working equally on front‑end and back‑end components. Expectations * Proven experience building SaaS applications. * Comfortable owning a feature from design to production. * Able to collaborate with product, design, and dev teams. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement responsive UIs with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+). * Manage application state using Redux or React Context API. * Develop backend services and business logic in Laravel (PHP). * Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases; write efficient queries. * Produce clean, documented, and testable code across the stack. * Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and usability issues. * Participate in deployment, testing, and CI/CD processes. * Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet release deadlines. Required Skills * Strong ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+) expertise. * Proficient in state management (Redux, Context API). * Laravel (PHP) backend development experience. * Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL. * Git version control proficiency. * Ability to write maintainable, testable code. * Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Nice‑to‑Have * CSS preprocessors (Sass) or utility frameworks (Tailwind). * Build tools (Webpack, Babel). * Authentication (JWT, OAuth). * CI/CD tools and Docker. * Testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest). Required Education & Certifications * Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
