**Job title** 2026 Graduate Software Engineering Programme **Role Summary** Structured 18‑month graduate programme that develops entry‑level engineers into full‑time Software Engineers through formal training, pair‑programming, agile ceremonies, and a real‑world project cycle. **Expactations** - Complete a comprehensive engineering learning curriculum. - Undertake a supervised, live product sprint (Jira, PR review, sprint planning, retrospective). - Obtain Professional Scrum Master certification within first 3 months. - Participate in quarterly cohort training days and monthly knowledge‑sharing forums. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test and deploy code for greenfield digital products for high‑profile clients. - Manage Jira tickets, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. - Review and merge pull requests, provide constructive feedback to peers. - Attend sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, UX, QA) to deliver user‑facing features. **Required Skills** - Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go). - Solid understanding of object‑oriented design principles and software architecture. - Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field (currently completing). - Right to live and work in the UK. ---
