**Job Title:** Senior Commercial Analyst – Wise Platform
**Role Summary:**
Drive growth and operational excellence for Wise Platform’s commercial and delivery teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights. Build scalable reporting solutions, define and monitor key performance indicators, and empower sales, pre‑sales, and implementation stakeholders with analytics that shorten the sales cycle, improve win rates, and accelerate time to revenue.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑impact, data‑driven solutions that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own analytics projects from data ingestion to insight delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to unblock initiatives.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, persuasive commercial narratives that influence strategy and decision‑making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting models, dashboards, and data products in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and related tools.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs for sales pipeline health, deal velocity, stage conversion rates, win/loss analysis, resource allocation, and implementation success metrics.
- Lead analysis of sales representative performance against quotas and identify top performers and improvement areas.
- Monitor pre‑sales engagement, quantify impact on deal progression, and assess resource utilization.
- Track implementation lifecycle metrics, predict risks/opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with forecasting analysts to enhance revenue and partner performance forecasting.
- Work with commercial and delivery teams to shape data storytelling, scenario modelling, and opportunity sizing for partner acquisition.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data pipelines (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Git).
- Python programming for data manipulation and automation.
- Expertise in Looker or similar BI tools for dashboard design and data visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking, with ability to model forecasts, perform scenario analysis, and interpret large datasets.
- Commercial acumen: translate analytics into business impact, understand B2B sales cycles, negotiating stakeholder priorities.
- Project ownership: manage end‑to‑end analytics initiatives, deliver on deadlines, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications in data analytics (e.g., SnowPro, Looker Data Analytics, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of analytics experience in high‑growth B2B tech environment, with direct interaction with commercial teams.
