**Job Title:** Product Analytics Manager – Wise Platform
**Role Summary:**
Lead analytics within the Online Platforms Products vertical, driving growth for a new product line that partners with leading banks and fintechs. Own end‑to‑end data pipelines, deliver actionable insights, and shape the analytics roadmap to influence product strategy, sales execution, and partner enablement.
**Expectations:**
- Generate data‑driven growth and commercial insight for the platform.
- Translate analytics into product, sales, and go‑to‑market recommendations.
- Own cross‑functional projects, deliver on timelines, and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python).
- Create and govern dashboards and visualisations in Looker/Superset to tell analytical stories.
- Analyse growth opportunities, optimize sales cycles, forecast revenue, and model scenarios.
- Reduce friction in the transaction lifecycle and shorten time‑to‑revenue for partners.
- Lead or mentor a team of analysts, develop skill sets, and set a clear analytics strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to align analytics with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Git, and Python.
- Full‑stack analytics capability from ingestion to insight.
- Background in payments, banking products, or strong interest in learning them.
- Proven track record in a high‑growth tech/product environment.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, sales KPIs, and tools such as Salesforce.
- Commercial acumen: opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Leadership or coaching experience and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong dashboard/storytelling skills (Looker, Superset, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and project ownership.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Professional certifications in SQL, data engineering, or business intelligence are a plus.
