Job Description
**Job title:** Recruitment Consultant **Role Summary:** Commission‑only, fully remote recruiter focused on placing Quant Developers and Software Engineers with leading U.S. funds and tech companies. Works independently, building pipelines, qualifying candidates, and closing placements to earn substantial per‑placement commissions. **Expectations:** - Consistent weekly outreach and pipeline development. - Ability to qualify high‑quality technical talent and submit them per company standards. - Meet placement targets to achieve commission income; no base salary. - Demonstrate track record of at least two relevant placements (quant or software). **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Source, engage, and assess qualified Quant Dev and Software Engineering candidates. 2. Conduct initial qualification interviews and evaluate fit with client needs. 3. Submit candidates using prescribed templates and maintain accurate status updates. 4. Drive the recruitment cycle from first contact to successful placement, ensuring timely communication. 5. Manage outreach volume and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects. 6. Report results and provide candidate snapshots for client evaluation. **Required Skills:** - Proven recruiting experience (agency or corporate). - Strong outbound outreach proficiency and comfort with cold calling/emailing. - Knowledge of Quant Development or Software Engineering talent pools. - Excellent communication, interviewing, and qualification techniques. - Self‑driven, highly organized, and results‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, or a related field. - Certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, HRCI) are a plus but not mandatory.
