Job Description
**Job Title:** AI Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions, focusing on generative and agentic AI, to enhance product offerings. Collaborate with AI product specialists and software development teams to research, design, prototype, and deliver AI architectures that meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance, mentor peers, and stay abreast of AI advancements. **Expectations:** - Conduct thorough research and documentation of AI solutions. - Propose and review AI architectures with senior technical leaders. - Deliver functional AI prototypes and drive approved solutions to market. - Educate and support team members on AI technologies and best practices. - Maintain high quality, timely delivery, and reliable organization throughout projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with AI product specialist to translate product requirements into AI designs. - Research, evaluate, and document technical solutions and architectural options. - Implement prototype components and integrate generative AI into existing products/services. - Support the adoption of AI tools for internal workflow automation. - Train other technical experts on AI solutions and architectures. - Keep current with industry trends in generative and agentic AI. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative and agentic models. - Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, Java, C++). - Experience with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). - Ability to research problems, evaluate options, and recommend solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Team-oriented, reliable, organized, and self‑motivated. - Project‑focused mindset with emphasis on quality and delivery. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 2 years of commercial software development experience. - Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
