**Job Title**
Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow HRSD
**Role Summary**
Lead and optimize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform within a global HR technology organization. Act as the system administrator, subject‑matter expert, and project partner to shape technology roadmaps, deliver enhancements, and drive adoption across the organization.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience, preferably in HR or ServiceNow environments.
- Proven track record managing end‑to‑end HR technology projects.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain day‑to‑day operations of the HRSD platform (configuration, support, performance monitoring).
- Partner with IT and HR leadership to develop and execute the HRSD technology roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements; collaborate with Product Owners, test UAT, and lead rollout activities.
- Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., lead time, cycle time, case resolution) using native ServiceNow reporting and optional tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Train HR users and communicate updates; champion best practices to keep configurations near out‑of‑the‑box standards.
- Identify process improvement, automation, and simplification opportunities; advise HR Operations and IT on technical solutions.
- Expand ownership to additional HR technologies as the digital ecosystem evolves.
**Required Skills**
- ServiceNow HRSD configuration, reporting, and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, audit tables, and basic query development (GlideRecord, Flow Designer, SQL).
- Strong analytical and data‑driven reporting skills; experience building dashboards and metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher.
- Experience with HRSD, ITSM, or Case Management modules; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools is advantageous.
