Job Title: Consulting Field Solutions Architect, Unstructured Data
Role Summary: Lead technical evangelism, system architecture, and solution delivery for unstructured data. Serve as the primary advisor to field teams and customers on design, scaling, and optimization of storage, compute, and networking infrastructures. Drive product roadmap influence through market and competitor insights and partner collaboration.
Expactations:
- 10+ years of IT and cloud infrastructure experience.
- Deep expertise in NAS, SMB, NFS, object storage, file protocols, and enterprise datacenter design.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting large‑scale unstructured data solutions.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and content creation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer‑facing demos, POCs, webinars, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Develop solution content such as technical walkthroughs, deep dives, and qualification guides.
- Collaborate with sales, channel, and alliance partners to shape and feedback on sales motions.
- Monitor and analyze internal product offerings, partner solutions, and competitive landscape.
- Influence product roadmap through daily interaction with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
- Provide strategic input to field enablement, sizing sessions, and roadmap planning.
- Mentor and coach peers, fostering knowledge sharing across GTM functions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SMB, NFS, object storage, TCP/IP, NAS, and enterprise datacenter architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of unstructured data challenges, use cases, innovation trends, and industry drivers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced, evolving technology environments.
- Effective cross‑functional collaboration with sales, alliances, and engineering.
- Fast learner with initiative to adopt emerging technologies and apply creative solutions.
- High‑level presentation and technical training capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications such as HCPCS, MCSE, or similarly recognized enterprise storage or networking credentials preferred.
