Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Architect Role Summary: Architect and lead the design and evolution of enterprise infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability, resilience, and security. Job Title: Communications and Change Manager (Cyber Security/Operational Technology) Role Summary: Lead change management and internal communications for a multi‑year Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security Enhancement Programme. Drive adoption of new technologies, standards, and controls across engineering, operations, IT/OT teams, ensuring regulatory (NIS) compliance and cyber resilience. Expectations: – 6‑month rolling engagement, 48‑hour per week. – External travel to operational, Class‑B, and CNI sites. – Must be SC‑cleared or eligible for SC clearance due to critical systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a structured change management framework aligned with programme objectives and NIS compliance. 2. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness analyses for operations, engineering, IT, and leadership. 3. Build and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all teams. 4. Collaborate with programme leadership, site operations, engineering, digital, and corporate functions to raise awareness, capability, and engagement. 5. Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and mitigation actions. 6. Ensure alignment of change activities with cyber security principles and regulatory requirements.
