Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Client Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver complex consulting projects for clients, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality while building robust relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. **Expectations:** - Manage multiple high‑complexity, high‑budget projects simultaneously. - Maintain clear, consistent communication from technical to executive levels. - Actively resolve risks and issues to keep projects on track. - Demonstrate adaptability, problem‑solving, and a customer‑first mindset. - Support continuous improvement of project‑management processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, document, and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and timelines. - Track and report on progress, budget, schedule, quality metrics, and revenue forecast to internal and external stakeholders. - Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Facilitate problem resolution, issue tracking, and change management. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal PS teams, and external delivery partners. - Influence and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and value delivery. - Contribute to the development and refinement of professional services procedures. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in dynamic environments. - Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills (verbal and written). - Experience managing distributed, international teams and client interactions. - Familiarity with IT industry practices, consulting, and professional services methodologies. - Proficiency with project‑management tools (Planner, Smartsheet, or similar). - Basic knowledge of PSA/Salesforce and AI‑related tools beneficial. - High judgement, “can‑do” attitude, team player, curious, and keen to learn. **Required Education & Certifications:** - 10+ years of relevant work experience; 7+ years in direct customer management. - PMP or equivalent project‑management certification (desired). - ITIL Foundation certification (bonus). - Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking). ---
