**Job Title:** Product Manager – Postpaid Category **Role Summary:** Lead end-to‑end lifecycle management of postpaid products, aligning operational roadmaps, technical specifications, and market strategies to drive product success and business objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver product strategy and operational plans on schedule. - Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and internal policies. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and post‑launch performance. - Define detailed product specifications and requirements with engineering, design, and operations. - Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing customer and business needs. - Act as liaison between marketing, sales, customer care, technical, legal, and regulatory teams. - Review end‑to‑end customer journey to ensure GTM readiness. - Establish and track KPIs to monitor product performance and profitability. - Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market trends. - Communicate product status, updates, and plans to senior management and stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proven product lifecycle management in telecommunications or similar industry. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making. - Strategic planning and roadmap execution. - Project management: multiple concurrent projects, on‑time, on‑budget delivery. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. - Problem‑solving and innovative thinking. - Familiarity with telecom technologies, platforms, and postpaid product trends. - Ability to adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in telecom or comparable sector. - Relevant product‑management or marketing certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, Pragmatic Institute).
