**Job title**
Junior Product Manager – Stodal & Winter Aches
**Role Summary**
Manage the full life cycle of the Stodal brand and support the overall Winter Aches category within the French market. Define and execute 360° marketing strategies, coordinate cross‑functional launches, analyze performance metrics, and ensure effective resource allocation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Steward product portfolio and multi‑segment strategy for Stodal
- Define and track the annual business plan and sales forecasts
- Develop 360° marketing recommendations for prescribers, pharmacists, and patients
- Monitor monthly KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out) and P&L; report insights to senior management
- Conduct market studies, maintain strategic, scientific, and competitive watch
- Plan and execute product launches: market sizing, mix setting, growth drivers, multi‑segment action plans
- Create and manage operational marketing plans: brand content, sales tools, B2B communications, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
- Coordinate media needs with communications and external relations teams
- Train and support commercial teams (pharmacies, prescribers) during launch and ongoing cycles (workshops, sales scripts, promotional items)
- Manage marketing budget: resource allocation, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Oversee trade‑show and point‑of‑sale (PLV) projects, including briefings, regulatory approvals, supply chain, and budgeting
- Produce and validate promotional content in collaboration with regulatory and medical affairs
- Contribute to strategic recommendations and launch feasibility studies
- Assist in preparation of sales cycles: presentations, e‑books, mock‑ups, and training workshops
