**Job Title**
Product Communications Project Manager (B2C)
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategic and operational communication for a portfolio of consumer products (medications, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices) across international markets. Own the development of brand platforms, media planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, marketing, legal, and senior management governance.
- Secure measurable impact on brand awareness, reach, and consumer engagement within budget constraints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop brand communication strategies and toolboxes in partnership with group marketing.
- Write and approve briefs, define communication tactics, and oversee creation of assets (web sites, TV spots, press ads, social content).
- Validate all communication materials with regulatory, marketing, legal, and executive teams.
- Advise and support subsidiary teams, capture their needs, and approve local tools.
- Serve as daily interface for external agencies (creative, media, production).
- Design and execute media plans (online/offline) for priority markets; set targets, briefs, and monitor activity.
- Analyze campaign performance with the media coordinator; prepare insights reports and post‑campaign briefs.
- Manage media budgets, reconcile invoices, and report financial status.
- Maintain and enrich the digital ecosystem in collaboration with the digital lead.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and regulatory filings as required.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management and brand communication expertise (≥3–5 yrs in agency or in‑house).
- Deep knowledge of B2C media mix (TV, digital paid & organic, print, outdoor, social).
- Strong analytical skills for campaign measurement and optimization.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English; French knowledge a plus.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments and secure approvals.
- Cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight.
- Proficiency with project management tools, media planning software, and MS Office.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (equivalent to Bac+5).
- Demonstrated experience in an agency or corporate communications setting.
- English proficiency at both spoken and written levels (mandatory).
- Pharmaceutical sector experience is a strong advantage.
