Job title: Product Developer Role Summary: 10‑month contract Product Developer with a comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end food manufacturing process, responsible for ideating, formulating, and launching chilled food products. Expectations: - Drive the full product development cycle from concept to commercial launch. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve on‑time releases. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and evaluate new product concepts and feasibility studies. - Develop and refine formulations, conduct sensory evaluations, and lead small‑scale and pilot‑scale trials. - Optimize manufacturing processes and scale‑up procedures for production readiness. - Prepare technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and technical dossiers. - Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance and launch readiness. Required Skills: - Proven experience in food manufacturing and product development. - Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. - Proficiency in formulation, sensory analysis, and pilot‑scale production. - Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, ISO). - Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and stakeholder interaction. Job Description
**Job Title**: Security Systems Commissioning Engineer **Role Summary**: Provide on‑site technical support and oversee commissioning of access control, video management, and enterprise CCTV systems.
