Job Description

Job Title: Lead Technical Engineer (Security Systems) Role Summary: Lead the technical engineering function for security systems, overseeing on‑site configuration, commissioning, and testing of access control and video management solutions. Provide field support, manage server deployments, ensure compliance with technical standards, and mentor a regional engineering team. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, on‑spec installations across Europe. - Maintain and advance technical certification programs. - Drive technical design, pre‑sales specifications, and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and lead commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of security projects across EMEA. 2. Manage all server deployments and programming activities for access control and CCTV systems. 3. Ensure strict adherence to company and industry technical standards on every project. 4. Maintain technical certification programs (Lenel, Honeywell, Software House, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon). 5. Contribute to design and assurance of complex global projects. 6.
