Job Title: Digital Marketing & Visibility Manager (H/F)
Role Summary
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of the network’s online visibility strategy, reputation management, and digital customer experience initiatives. Collaborate across marketing, IT, legal, and business development to enhance local presence, streamline digital processes, and integrate AI tools.
Expectations
- Design and implement a comprehensive e‑visibility roadmap for the agency network.
- Establish and maintain online reputation standards and proactive review collection.
- Build dashboards, report regularly, and drive continuous improvement of digital metrics.
- Develop and deliver training programs for agents and inspectors.
- Lead digital projects improving customer journeys on the company website.
- Monitor AI trends, recommend adoption, and train staff on new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define objectives, priorities, and timeline for e‑visibility across local channels (Google Business Profile, Partoo, etc.).
- Create and enforce standards for local content, responses, and review moderation.
- Launch post‑interaction review solicitation campaigns with templates and scenarios.
- Build dashboards in Looker/Data Studio; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
- Design and deliver webinars, tutorials, e‑learning for agents and inspectors.
- Produce operational kits: email templates, review response scripts, social media starter packs, tutorial videos.
- Coordinate digital projects on the corporate website (appointment booking, agency contacts, redirects) in partnership with Marketing, Digital, IT, Legal.
- Conduct AI tools watch, identify best practices, train network agents, and propose innovations to streamline agency activity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Project Manager, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Business Profile, Partoo, Trustpilot, Opinion Assurances.
- Advanced analytical skills: dashboards, Looker, Data Studio.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and pedagogical aptitude.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AI tools and digital innovation trends is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or AI tools are advantageous.
