Job Title: Staff Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead technical design and execution for SaaS cloud products while mentoring a small engineering team in a fast‑growing remote environment. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end development lifecycle for high‑impact features. - Translate business requirements into actionable sprint stories. - Champion agile practices and continuous improvement of SDLC. - Drive rapid prototyping and production‑ready deployments. - Foster knowledge sharing and skill growth among peers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands‑on technical leadership for distributed engineering teams. - Design and implement cloud‑enabled SaaS applications across the full stack. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria. - Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through coaching and code reviews. - Advocate modern agile methodologies and best practices. - Build prototypes to validate concepts before production rollout. - Contribute to evolving the tech stack and development processes. Required Skills: - Extensive experience building SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams. - Full‑stack development with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java, APIs, and modern databases. - Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services. - Proven ability to translate requirements into sprint stories and deliver on schedule. - Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities. - Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (or equivalent professional experience).
