**Job Title** Onboarding Manager **Role Summary** The Onboarding Manager leads the end‑to‑end adoption of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) within a large, multi‑regional organization. Working autonomously, the role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages stakeholder engagement, and drives the creation and maintenance of documentation, dashboards, and training materials to achieve predefined adoption targets aligned with the European Commission methodology framework. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed SPM/EAP adoption targets from awareness to action. - Deliver timely resolution of stakeholder issues and continuous improvement of onboarding processes. - Maintain alignment between operational requirements, dashboards, and reporting. - Facilitate effective communication and training to ensure consistent usage of SPM/EAP tools. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct training, demo sessions, and onboarding workshops for ServiceNow users. 8. Monitor compliance, data quality, and risk across SPM/EAP modules. 9.
