Job Description
**Job title** Oracle Payroll Cloud Transformation Lead **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Payroll cloud transformation programs, managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and pre‑sales activities while mentoring cross‑functional teams. **Expactations** * Deliver transformation projects on schedule and within scope. * Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll best practices, statutory and regulatory compliance. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and process innovation. * Influence strategy and go‑to‑market initiatives through practice development. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end‑to‑end payroll cloud transformation programs, including planning, execution, and delivery. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into technical specifications. * Design and configure Oracle HCM cloud payroll solutions, including data migration, reporting, and automated processes. * Coordinate unit, integration, and UAT testing; oversee deployment and post‑go‑live support. * Ensure compliance with statutory payroll regulations and organizational standards. * Manage stakeholder expectations, risk, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, promoting knowledge sharing. * Contribute to business development: create proposals, presentations, and proof‑of‑concepts. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes and technology use. **Required Skills** * Proven client and stakeholder engagement and management experience. * Product owner or project owner experience in a technical consulting context. * Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud payroll technical tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, FAST Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader. * Strong understanding of payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance frameworks. * Leadership and mentorship capabilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation and facilitation skills. * Analytical and problem‑solving ability. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Professional) preferred. * Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
