Advise on legal aspects of digital sales channels, including internal marketplace and third‑party platforms. 2. Partner with Corporate M&A to assess and mitigate transaction risks; support negotiation of terms. 3. Lead legal workstream for post‑acquisition integration to standardize customer experience and implement Siemens policies. 4. Counsel R&D on applicable legislation and supplier contract obligations. 5. Produce concise risk analyses, reports, and roadmaps for mitigation measures. 6. Ensure licensing and sales terms are in place; draft and review contract templates and product‑to‑contract configurations across quoting systems. 7.
