Partner Marketing Director – International (EMEA/APAC)
**Role Summary**
Lead and grow the international partner marketing function across EMEA and APAC, driving partner strategy, co‑marketing initiatives, and pipeline acceleration to support regional sales objectives and global brand goals.
**Expectations**
- 8+ years in partner/channel marketing, 3+ in a leadership role covering international markets.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through co‑marketing, joint campaigns, and partner enablement.
- Deep understanding of EMEA and APAC business landscapes, cultural nuances, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong strategic mindset with execution speed in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
- B2B technology or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies aligned with regional sales goals and global branding.
- Build and deepen relationships with key partners, nurturing joint marketing opportunities and long‑term advocacy.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, digital initiatives, and partner‑led or third‑party events, localizing programs to regional needs.
- Collaborate with regional sales to support partner‑driven pipeline: create enablement tools, lead‑generation programs, and sales collateral.
- Manage and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring ROI tracking and compliance with internal processes.
- Design and oversee loyalty and incentive programs to motivate partner performance.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform for onboarding, enablement, and campaign execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small, agile partner marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
**Required Skills**
- Leadership and team management in a cross‑functional environment.
- Expertise in partner marketing strategy, co‑marketing execution, and pipeline development.
- Proficiency managing MDF and PRM tools (e.g., Zift, Allbound, Impartner, Mindmatrix).
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence across all levels.
- Analytical mindset for KPI definition, performance measurement, and ROI optimization.
- Ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts and adapt marketing approaches to EMEA/APAC regions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications in partner marketing, channel management, or digital marketing (e.g., Gartner B2B, Hootsuite, Google Ads) are an advantage.
