**Job Title:** Business Development Manager, Merchant Acquisition
**Role Summary:**
Lead the acquisition and growth of merchant partners on a dynamic e‑commerce platform, fostering collaborative relationships with manufacturers, brands, and suppliers. Oversee end‑to‑end merchant onboarding, market positioning, product planning, and operational strategy to enhance category value and meet customer demand.

- Conduct industry trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and adjust acquisition tactics accordingly.
- Propose and implement innovative initiatives to increase category value and merchant profitability.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, analytics, and operations to support merchant success.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in business development, brand management, or platform operations.
- Strong data analytics capability, experienced in trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with sellers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
