**Job Title**: Application Developer
**Role Summary**
Develop, test, and maintain high‑quality Salesforce CRM applications that support digital transformation initiatives. Work within an Agile environment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
**Expectations**
* 12+ month contract, hybrid work model
* Minimum 5+ years of CRM development experience, primarily on Salesforce
* Proactive, inquisitive, and strong communicator
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build, test, and manage front‑end and back‑end Salesforce components, ensuring reusable, scalable code.
* Design and implement integrations with external services (e.g., DocuSign, Byner, FAS, ADFS) using REST/SOAP and middleware.
* Participate actively in sprints, user stories, and sprint reviews.
* Draft technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and perform technical analysis.
* Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem, evaluate new tools, and contribute to innovation.
* Present solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
**Required Skills**
* Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flow).
* Integration experience with external APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware.
* Strong knowledge of OOP, Git, Jira, software design patterns, and OpenAPI.
* Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Java/.NET, React, HTML, CSS.
* Data modelling, DevOps fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines.
* Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect) strongly preferred.
* English fluency; Dutch or French an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant, Architect) – optional but highly desirable.
