Job Title: Responsable Projets Automatisme F/H
Job Description: Job Title: Automation Project Manager (F/M) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end automation projects for industrial clients (chemistry, pharma, agro, etc.), bridging client requirements with technical execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and client satisfaction. Expectations: • Minimum 10 years project management experience in industrial automation. • Proven track‑record as an installer or integrator in automation/electrical. • Excellent knowledge of automation systems and solid electrical fundamentals. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams. • Professional level English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Pilot projects from bid analysis to final validation, ensuring client satisfaction. - Conduct pre‑sales needs assessment, produce accurate and tailored quotations. - Build and orchestrate project plans: contract review, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking. - Develop and maintain client portfolio; act as primary contact for automation initiatives. - Lead and align project teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring quality delivery. - Ensure technical performance and compliance with QHSE requirements, deadlines, and margins. - Coordinate external partners and sub‑contractors, supervising outsourced activities. - Monitor project progress rigorously, providing clear and regular reporting to senior management. Required Skills: - Project management (IPMA, PMI, or equivalent methodology). - Deep understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks, and motion control. - Strong electrical and automation design knowledge. - Leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Budgeting, cost control, and risk management. - Fluent in English (verbal and written). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Relevant project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or IPMA) strongly preferred.
