Job title: SDR Lead/Mentor
Role Summary: Lead and mentor a growing team of business development and sales professionals in a high‑growth fintech environment, shaping sales strategy, culture, and commercial success while creating a clear path for team members to senior leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and develop SDR and BDR staff, providing regular performance reviews and career guidance.
- Design, implement, and refine sales processes, tools, and best‑practice frameworks for consultative selling.
- Mentor team members on stakeholder engagement, complex deal negotiation, and solution selling techniques.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define target markets, value propositions, and revenue goals.
- Track and report on KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead by example in upholding company values, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sales function.
Required Skills:
- Proven enterprise sales or business‑development track record, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or data‑driven solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership/mentoring experience, formally or informally, with a history of developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required Education & Certifications:
