Job Description

Sales Support Manager Role Summary: Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role designs and implements sales support processes to optimize operational efficiency and commercial performance for hotel portfolios. Expectations: Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills; hotel operations and RFP process expertise; proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage sales support strategies, tools, and reporting systems. - Oversee sales operations administration (onboarding, system access, audits). - Coordinate central invoicing, rate management, and Sales Academy support. - Produce sales performance metrics and analytical reports. - Facilitate marketing campaigns, trade show logistics, and collateral management. - Plan and execute annual sales strategies, action plans, and RFP submissions. - Provide ad hoc project support to address resource needs. Required Skills: - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. - Experience with SharePoint and sales operations systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce). - Strong hotel commercial process knowledge, including RFP management. - Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder relationship-building. - Detail-oriented with capacity to manage complex administrative workflows. - Travel flexibility for hotel site visits or events.
