Job Title: Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Role Summary
Lead the enterprise‑wide information security vision, strategy, and execution. Govern risk management, compliance, incident response, and business continuity across global operations, ensuring secure and resilient technology environments in manufacturing, cloud, AI, and customer engagement platforms.
Expactations
- 14+ years of senior security leadership, ideally in global manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven track record managing broad security teams, vendor risk, and multi‑domain incident response.
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, PCI‑DSS, SOX, ITAR, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with ability to align security initiatives to business objectives and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global information security strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, and business continuity planning.
- Create and enforce enterprise security policies, including SAP S/4HANA, cloud/hybrid, OT/SCADA, AI agent, Salesforce, and consumer data protection.
- Lead the global IT risk and security organization: hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
- Educate and advise business unit leaders, executives, and the Board on cyber risks, compliance status, and emerging threats.
- Manage vendor IT risk, third‑party security, and global IT safety services.
- Partner with operational and supply‑chain leaders to secure IT/OT convergence and manufacturing sites.
Required Skills
- Strategic leadership and executive communication.
- Strong risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response expertise.
- Policy development, technical architecture (SAP S/4HANA, cloud, OT, AI, Salesforce).

Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC; ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor preferred.
- SAP Security or relevant SAP certification; AI/ML security credentials beneficial.
