**Job Title**: Vice President of Marketing – EMEA
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for the EMEA region within a high‑growth enterprise SaaS company. Shape strategy, build execution pipelines, and align with GTM stakeholders to drive pipeline growth, brand influence, and customer advocacy across diverse markets.
**Expectations**
- Deliver > $200 M annual pipeline through field and digital demand programs.
- Exceed revenue targets and sustain pipeline volume across multi‑country operations.
- Represent the company externally, creating thought‑leadership visibility and earned media.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute an EMEA marketing plan aligned with regional revenue goals and product segmentation.
- Own field marketing, digital demand, ABM, events, PR/AR, social, and partner marketing to generate qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with BDR, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams to align territory coverage, account plans, and enablement.
- Localize global campaigns and create region‑specific messaging for enterprise and commercial segments.
- Build brand & thought‑leadership strategy: media relations, analyst outreach, executive visibility, customer advocacy.
- Establish a data‑driven marketing engine: forecasting, budgeting, marketing‑automation orchestration, pipeline analytics, attribution, and ROI reporting.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performance, multi‑country, remote‑capable marketing team.
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years in B2B tech marketing with 5+ years leading multi‑country EMEA teams in SaaS/enterprise software.
- Proven track record in scaling field + digital demand to significant pipeline.
- Expertise in marketing automation, ABM, and pipeline analytics.
- Strong PR/AR and executive communications ability.
- Data‑driven mindset: forecasting, budgeting, ROI, and attribution.
- Leadership: team management across time zones, cross‑functional stakeholder influence.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % across EMEA.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Professional certifications in marketing analytics, demand generation, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot).
