**Job Title**
Procurement, Method & Process & CSR Internship (6 months, Jan 2026) – Male/Female
**Role Summary**
Assisting in the deployment and monitoring of the SPASER framework to embed socially and environmentally responsible purchasing within the aviation group. Supports process mapping, data analytics, audit preparation, contract documentation and continuous improvement initiatives tied to sustainability and procurement performance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver actionable insights to drive responsible procurement practices.
- Maintain high data accuracy and reporting standards.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with contracting, data, legal, and operational teams.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and track SPASER implementation activities across procurement.
- Map, document, and refine procurement processes (procedures, tools, internal flows).
- Monitor KPIs (cost, lead time, compliance, volume, service quality); produce analytic dashboards.
- Support planning and follow‑up of ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, and CSR engagement audits.
- Draft and update contract clauses, evaluation criteria, and assessment templates.
- Gather, structure, and analyze procurement data in partnership with the Data team.
- Recommend process simplification, digitisation, and best‑practice capitalisation.
- Promote and showcase CSR and responsible procurement achievements with suppliers.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current Master’s (1‑year or 2‑year) program or final year of a business or engineering school.
- Specialization in procurement, CSR management, process organization, or change management.
