Job Description
**Job title**: Customer Operations Specialist **Role Summary**: Deliver end‑to‑end customer experience for electric vehicle leasing. Manage the customer journey from contract signing through vehicle delivery and post‑delivery support, while continuously improving processes to support rapid scaling. **Expectations**: - Junior level, independent yet collaborative. - Detail‑oriented, finish‑oriented operator. - Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to adapt quickly. - Willingness to influence and shape service processes in a fast‑growing environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and other business units to ensure seamless customer interactions. - Manage complete customer journeys: contracting → delivery → after‑sales. - Escalate issues promptly and coordinate resolution across teams. - Identify gaps in current processes, propose and implement improvements. - Remove blockers to smooth the transition for customers. - Contribute to growth planning for customers and the operations team. **Required Skills**: - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. - Strong customer‑service orientation. - Ability to work independently and in a close‑knit team. - High attention to detail and a “no loose ends” approach. - Adaptability to rapid change and new processes. - Effective communication, both written and verbal. **Required Education & Certifications**: - No specific degree or certification required. - Relevant experience or transferable skills in customer operations or service roles are preferred.
