**Job Title:** Social Media & Brand Programs, PR Lead – France (7‑month contract)
**Role Summary:** Direct brand marketing for Levi’s in France by leading PR, social media, and brand programs, while managing the Haus of Strauss and a small leadership team.
**Expections:**
- Deliver a unified brand experience across earned, owned, and paid media.
- Manage three direct reports and collaborate with global and European stakeholders.
- Achieve measurable brand performance and ROI on all activation budgets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **PR Leadership:** Develop and execute French PR strategy aligned with global positioning; cultivate relationships with editors, influencers, and creators; measure impact and optimize spend.
- **Influencer & Talent Management:** Plan digital content initiatives, coordinate with editorial teams, and secure impactful partnerships.
- **Haus of Strauss:** Guide showroom strategy, support Fashion Week activations, and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
- **Social Media Strategy:** Build and maintain best‑in‑class social presence; coordinate with Brand Media Manager for coherence; partner with suppliers on innovative engagement tactics.
- **Brand Programs:** Shape strategy around Music, Sport, and Diversity & Inclusion; secure celebrity, influencer, and partner collaborations to reinforce cultural credibility.
- **Operations & Finance:** Manage budgets, ensure activation efficiency, and collaborate with performance teams for cross‑channel synergy.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration:** Work within a matrix organization, managing stakeholders across retail, wholesale, and digital domains.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven PR, social media, and brand program expertise in a global, iconic consumer brand (apparel, youth, or entertainment).
- Minimum 3 years of people management with coaching and talent development.
- Strong project management, budget oversight, and operational efficiency skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Deep cultural insight and ability to “read” the marketplace.
- Highly proactive, flexible, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Professional certifications in PR, digital marketing, or social media management are advantageous.
