Job Description
**Job title** Customer Success & Digital Marketing Apprentice **Role Summary** Apprentice role focused on building and managing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns for a leading graduate careers platform. Provides front‑line customer service, supports sales operations, and gains hands‑on experience in campaign delivery across job boards, email, social media, and display advertising. Apprenticeship includes Level 3 qualification in multi‑channel marketing. **Expectations** - Complete a 15‑month Level 3 apprenticeship, earning a qualification equivalent to an A‑level. - Work 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm. - Attend the Manchester office at least once per week (hybrid work). - Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and detail orientation. - Be proactive, eager to learn, and supportive of both customers and colleagues. **Key Responsibilities** - Enter new customer orders and campaign details into Salesforce CRM. - Verify campaign data accuracy and coordinate with sales account managers. - Gather advertisement content and requirements from clients, addressing any queries. - Collaborate with digital advertising operations to launch campaigns on time. - Generate performance reports and insights for account managers. - Adapt messaging and creative assets for various channels (job boards, email, social media, display). - Use performance data to recommend optimisation actions. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organisational and detail‑oriented mindset. - Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, display advertising). - Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. - Capability to analyse performance data and draw actionable conclusions. - Team‑player attitude, collaborative in a fast‑paced environment. - Curiosity and proactive learning mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Level 3 qualification in multi‑channel marketing (to be earned during apprenticeship). - No prior degree or professional certification required; interest in digital marketing or customer experience is sufficient.
